Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Cygnett products in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and components that were included in the box.
Affix the Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After our warehouse team inspects the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
